AppFrame beta terms
This legal text reflects the current prelaunch setup and should receive a final legal review before the public launch.
These terms govern invited access to the closed AppFrame Studio beta provided by Estopia Engineering Ltd. They supplement any separately signed design-partner agreement.
Beta access
Access is personal, invite-only and may be enabled in rollout waves. Invite links expire after seven days and become bound to the verified account that redeems them. You must keep access credentials and review links confidential.
The service
AppFrame helps create editable App Store screenshot stories. Generated ordering, copy and visual output are suggestions. You remain responsible for reviewing accuracy, rights, claims, platform rules and final publication.
Your content
You retain ownership of material you upload. You grant Estopia only the limited rights required to host, analyse, transform, render, export and support that material for you. We do not receive permission to use it for training, marketing, case studies or evaluations unless you grant a separate explicit permission.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you lack rights to use, unlawful material, credentials, highly sensitive data or content that infringes privacy, intellectual-property or platform rules. Do not bypass access, storage, concurrency or security controls.
Availability and changes
This is a pre-release beta. Features may change, pause or be removed. We aim to preserve versioned project data and communicate material interruptions, but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Ending access
You may request account deletion in Studio settings. We may suspend access for security, abuse, legal requirements or material breach. Launch projects moved to trash remain recoverable for 30 days; account deletion has the seven-day cancellation process described in our Privacy Notice.
Liability and law
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any final liability terms, consumer rights and governing-law wording require qualified legal review before general availability.
